Rindless Back Dry Cure Bacon 2.27kg

Fresh pork hand rubbed with salt, sugar and saltpetre then left to mature to give a rich full flavour without shrinking to half its original size when cooked. The matured pork is then cut into rashers and trimmed to remove the rind and excess fat.

Ingredients: Pork (98%), Salt, Glucose syrup, spice extracts, Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate). Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate)
