Wyke’s mild Cheddar has a light, creamy and mellow taste. Its distinctly Cheddar but without the acidic tones its more mature stablemates boast.

Perfect for children whose palettes may not be ready for a mature cheese, or in cooking when a more delicate cheese hint is needed and you don’t want to dominate the dish.


Ingredients: Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Starter Culture, Salt, Rennet (vegetable based))
Storage: Keep refrigerated at or below 5°c - Use within 3 days of opening.
