Brie Portion – Paysan Breton 180g

Made by one of the largest and most famous Brie producers in France, this Brie goes back to its traditional roots and is made using the thousand year old lactic method. It also uses traditional rennet for a slower set. This all amounts to a cheese that ripens beautifully and develops a full, mushroomy flavour.

The Brie wedge is perfect for cheese boards, or combined with cranberry and bacon for a tasty sandwich filling or served with fresh fruit desserts.
