Granarolo Gorganzola 150g

Typical veined Italian blue cheese originally from the town Gorgonzola, near Milan. Gorgonzola is one of the world’s oldest cheeses. Whole cow’s milk is used to make this cheese. It generally takes 3-4 months to become fully mature.

Gorgonzola cheese has a soft creamy consistency and a white or ivory colour, with a hazelnut aroma. It may have a slightly sharp taste, depending on its age.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow milk, salt, rennet.
