Smoked Gammon Ham 1/2

A British favourite, our whole ham joints are just perfect for sandwiches or carving, and of course ready to go with eggs and chips.

The gammon comes from the hind leg of the pig. The leg is then cured in the same way as bacon and then smoked to give it that beautiful smoky flavour. The bone is then removed to create the perfect ham; easy to carve and no waste.

Approximate weight 3.5kg but may vary slightly. Serves 10-12 people.

Ingredients: Pork Leg, Salt, Dextrose, Emulsifying Salts (E451, E450), Antioxidant E301, Preservative E250. Flavouring (Smoke Extract). Made with 107g of pork per 100g of finished product.
